Passionate about both fitness and community, he wanted to build a facility with safe, accessible, and friendly equipment for everyone.

Keanu is dedicated to making Absolute Weights & Fitness more than just a gym it’s a community.
With a strong passion for fitness, he helped bring the vision of a safe and supportive training space to life.
Keanu takes pride in seeing members not only achieve their goals but also feel part of a family every time they walk through the doors.

Carmen Samson – Functional Fitness Coach
Carmen brings years of coaching experience and a deep involvement in sports both locally and beyond. Known throughout the community for her quality coaching skills, she has helped countless members achieve their fitness goals.
While Carmen is a well-rounded coach, her specialty is Zuu catch her leading an energetic Friday morning session at 6am.
Passionate about all things health and fitness, Carmen is dedicated to helping members push past their limits and train to the best of their abilities.

Maloni Latailakepa – Functional Fitness Coach
Maloni has years of coaching experience across various gyms in the community and has even competed at the prestigious Torian Pro.
An all-round trainer, his specialty lies in Olympic lifting and CrossFit-style training, where he leads our high-energy Full Send Saturday sessions.
Passionate about helping members reach and push past their limits, Maloni is dedicated to bringing out the best in every individual. With his tough but encouraging style, members can expect to be challenged, supported, and inspired to grow both inside and outside the gym.

Katie is a qualified Personal Trainer with many years of experience helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
She brings both expertise and energy to every session, supporting members with functional fitness training and tailored personal programs.
Passionate about building confidence in and out of the gym, Katie loves seeing members grow stronger each week. With her supportive coaching style, members can expect motivating sessions that are challenging, fun, and designed to get results.
